Description
The Wildlife Equestrian Centre is situated on the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, a private residential wildlife reserve situated just outside the town of Hoedspruit and being home to a variety of animal species. Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate is the perfect place to spend some time in nature with the horses.
The Wildlife Equestrian Center consists of 30 indoor stables, separated into 2 separate barns with fans and mesh netting to keep the horses cool.
There is also an office, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, feed room, tack room and accommodation for the grooms situated on site. We are in the processes of building a 12 sleeper lodge, with an outside braai/barbeque area and swimming pool, which will also be the accommodation for the internships and visitors.
Nothing nicer than taking a day to go out for a relaxed outride to give the horses and riders a break from arena work. In the summer months they splash around in the dam or just make their way through all the winding paths viewing various animals from horseback.
There is always someone to accompany the beginner riders while the advanced riders let the wind blow through their hair and have some thrilling faster rides.
Daily departures from most camps and lodges collection at 10:00 and return by 14:30, perfect for your "downtime" while on safari.
